DOG FOULING

Jim met Ian McCaig of Land Services, advised that bins with lids would be impractical and the DVRA supplying bins, his staff would lose keys. When bins become available the DVRA will be contacted to decide where they should be sited Dog Warden will be at next meeting.

WOODLAND PATHS

Jim met Alan Bannister of SLC and was advised to do a feasibility study, Jim also contacted EADHA Enterprise for advice on study costs. Likewise CD Environmental Design. 

ROUNDABOUTS

Jim contacted E Gibson SLC Road Safety Team, Road Safety Scotland, M Muir SLC Roads and ROSPA requesting a site visit. Jim Also wrote to J Kelly MSP and E McAvoy and has received replies.

P.T.A

We have been asked to send a representative to their next meeting on 2nd or 3rd of October to see if we can work together for the benefit of the community. We have also invited a PTA rep to our next meeting.

COMMUNICATIONS MEETING

We will have a new website in November all relevant information should be sent to S Mallan. We will also have links to Facebook and Twitter.

POLICE REPORT

Extra attention has been given to Drumsagard PC M Hartley will attend next meeting.

PATHS

William to contact S Ryan to confirm that all work has been completed by the Community Payback Team.

LITTER PICK

The next time the DVRA arrange a litter pick we have to contact the local BBs as they would be willing to help, contact Cllr W Brogan.

ARCHWAY CENTRE

Will hopefully get a five year lease from SLC.
