Minutes of Previous Meeting 17.08.2010

1.       Meeting with DOE and PSD. DOE did not attend this meeting as they had no staff available to attend; Len from PSD agreed with our observations about the standard of work carried out at present on the Kick Pitch was not good enough. There were also minor problems with the paths that Len said would be attended to. The only other problem was the length of time it has taken to do the work so far. Len agreed and said he would speak to DOE about it and keep us informed of progress.

 

  2.  We have to apply for a grant to hold pensioners Christmas Party

       And also decide were to hold it.
