1 P S D are now progressing the plans and are planning to start the project spring 2009.

 

2 Greenbelt Co were onsite cutting back trees and shrubs that encroach the paths.

 

3 Flooding on the road at Hamilton road, will contact the roads department about this issue.

 

4 The next committee meeting will be on the 28^th of October and the Greenbelt Co will be in attendance at this meeting.
