1 J Walker welcomed Cllr Pam Cleary to our monthly meeting and hoped she would be able to attend more in the future.

2 W Mc Padden and P S D would be having a meeting with S Clark of SLC Planning department to discuss the improvements planned for the development and also the installation of new recreational play facilities.

3 Park and Ride: Councillor Cleary was asked to find out who would be responsible for the installation of CCTV for the second faze of the Park and Ride and also to contact the Land services department about the ground maintenance.

4 Newton Station Rd will be closed to traffic, but you can still access the park and ride by car.

5 A new cairn had been discussed to replace the present monument to the steelworks of Hallside, is there any progress
