We invited B Gillespie of PSD to discuss out plans for improvements to landscaping and new facilities.
He informed us that his company hhad done work for many clients i.e SFA, Hibernean FC, East Renfrewshire
Council as well as many others. We agreed that he would take control of the whole contract from start to finish
including the following stages.

1. Pricing and rough sketches for multi purpose sports pitches, all weather football pitch, paths installed in Regeneration Park, open space for community events, removal of history corner and improve landscaping, meet and discuss these plans with the committee.
2. Make any changes to plans and costing.
3. Apply for planning consent.
4. Put the contract out to companies for tender.
5. Help apply for any further funding if needed.
6. Oversee contract and instruct staged payments.

B Gillespie will contact us within six weeks to start the process. We thanked him for his attendance and look forward to hearing from him.

J weldon still having problems with web site. W McPadden will contact BIP contract.

Discussed the setting up of the limited company. This will be progressed further at tout next meeting.
